Some of us get recharged from meeting new people. Some of us find it draining. Which are you?
Introverts tend to recharge their batteries by being alone, extroverts by being with people. But no matter which type of person you are, meeting new people can be a weird mix of awkward, challenging, and fun. We've given advice before on how to avoid awkward conversations when meeting someone new, how to turn small talk into a conversation, and how to plan ahead to make social events more bearable.
