Whale Trail creator unleashes first multiplayer Google TV game

Google TV is properly in its Rocky montage stage: a comeback is on the cards thanks to a partnership with several major TV manufacturers and some healthy enthusiasm from Google boss Eric Schmidt. Now Google TV gaming looks set to get supercharged thanks to a top multiplayer title from developer Ustwo.

Ustwo has teamed up with Sony and its new Google TV sets to bring multiplayer gaming to your living room in the form of DOT, a mobile game that?s been retooled for the big screen.

You may recognise the name Ustwo ? they?re the people behind runaway iOS success Whale Trail. Now the team has turned its attention to one of its first mobile games and brought it back in a bold way: you and your friends will be able to play the game on the big screen by using Android phones as wireless controllers.
