UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Hotel Street in Utica was closed down Sunday morning for a movie shoot.

Students from Ithaca College once again are using the city as a backdrop for their latest production.

Utica City Development Administrator Paul Buckley says this is the fifth film shot in Utica by the Ithaca students, and says it a great chance for local movie enthusiasts to come down and catch the filming in person.

Buckely said, "They're inspired so it's a win-win situation for the city and the students of Ithaca because they get to use any location they want in the city, so its great to have them here. I'm very glad they keep coming back to Utica."

Ithaca college students were in Utica for eight days last year filming a movie called "Crosses".
