BUFFALO - February 18, 2013 - (RealEstateRama) -- In Buffalo, Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman today announced the results of the Homeowner Protection Program (HOPP), a $60 million initiative to support housing counselors and legal services providers working with homeowners at risk of foreclosure across the State of New York.
