iOS: Google rolled out an update to its iOS version of the Google+ mobile app over the weekend. The new version now supports hangouts from iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad users with front-facing cameras, allows users the ability to +1 in comments, and improves the notification system so you can more clearly see when someone mentions you.
The iOS update comes a few days after the Android version of the app got similar updates. Google has renamed "Huddle" to "Messenger," and the app also allows users to attach photos to comment threads and Messenger chats. The improved notifications also make it easier to see when someone's added you to their circles versus when they've mentioned you in a comment or shared a post with you.
