Lightweight hoist for getting in boat - CareCure Forums

It is excruciatingly slow, I'm talking many minutes, to get in. I've read that the company has 2 different speeds of motors, I am going to give them a call, mine *has* to be the slow, lots of torque model.

The youtube system was well thought out, down to the extra strap to keep the boat from listing. Besides fast, that was a strong system, with chair and rider, that's easily 4-500lbs. The trick would be to make a system that wasn't boat specific, that is a tough nut to crack. And yes, having your own chair would be good, I sit in the boat seat on a small Roho.
