See John Green via Google+ Hangout at Harrison Branch Library

HARRISON, OH (FOX19) - If you can?t make it to the Main Library to see author John Green Monday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m., enjoy the fun with the Google+ Hangout party at the Harrison Branch Library. Join your fellow ?Nerdfighters? and interact with John and the crowd via our live video feed.

When he?s not writing award-wining, New York Times best-selling fiction, such as ?Looking for Alaska,? ?Paper Towns,? and ?The Fault in Our Stars,? John Green and his brother, Hank, are the Vlogbrothers (a YouTube channel formerly called Brotherhood 2.0).

They have posted almost 1,000 videos which have been viewed almost 250 million (yes, million!) times. These videos have spawned an entire community, dubbed Nerdfighteria, that works to decrease world suck and never forgets to be awesome. Learn more here http://youtu.be/FyQi79aYfxU.

Green attended Kenyon College in Ohio. He has previously worked at a Steak ?n Shake, for the book review journal Booklist as a publishing assistant and production editor, and as a chaplain. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife Sarah (affectionately referred to as The Yeti by all of Nerdfighteria), his son Henry, and their dog Willie.
